VCAEC are an independent, registered charity based in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
They offer a social car and gardening scheme, both of which are run with the goodwill of volunteers. They also have an active role as a Volunteer Centre, supporting people into volunteering, and promoting volunteering to all sectors of the community.
