Post and Packing Volunteer

Join Our Woodgreen Post and Packing Team in Huntingdon – Make a Difference and Have Fun! 🐾 

The income from our shops and our online sales (Ebay) team directly supports pets and their people.  

We are lucky enough to receive some very interesting donations, from hidden gems to top end fashion brands. These are sold online to raise valuable funds for Woodgreen.  

When we have sold the items, we need volunteers to pack and post these items to send to their new homes. The items need to be handled and wrapped with care.  

We would love you to help us with this. 

A few regular hours a week of your support would make a massive difference to us! 

Whether you're looking to put your spare time to good use, meet new people, help a worthy cause, or build your CV, we would love you to join our friendly team! 

No qualifications or previous experience needed - just enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Experience of Ebay, or selling online is a bonus! 

Full training will be given.

What Do You Need to Apply? 

🔹 Be over 18 years old 

🔹 Provide 2 character references that meet the following criteria: 

• Cannot be a relative or partner 
• Cannot be a current Woodgreen staff member or volunteer 
• Must have known you for at least 12 months 
• Must have a valid email address 

🔹 Provide a UK-based emergency contact 

🔹 A willingness to commit to Woodgreen 

🔹Please pop into the Godmanchester or Huntingdon shops and request an application form, scan the QR code in-store or send us an email

Flexible Volunteering – Work Around Your Schedule! 

🌟 We understand that life is busy! We are looking for help in our Ebay packing department over 6 days, Monday to Saturday; and we’re happy to work with your availability. Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to commit to a regular schedule, we appreciate any time and effort that you can give us.
