E-Commerce Assistant

Where is this role based:

• Within the Retail Operations support function at our Head Office, Godmanchester

What will I be doing?

• Picking & packing sold items including donated and new goods
• Researching items for online listing
• Preparing items for sale
• Supporting the donated goods lead

What is Woodgreen looking for?

• Over 18 years old
• Friendly, conscientious and a good communicator.
• Good IT skills, enjoyment of completing admin tasks and strong attention to detail.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Expected to comply with Woodgreen’s Policies and Procedures, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations at all times in accordance with GDPR.
• Knowledge of online sales platforms i.e: Ebay would be beneficial

How many hours per week would I be required to volunteer? 

We work around you!! You have been kind enough to give up your free time, so all voluntary hours are negotiable. Our e-commerce centre operates Mon-Fri 9am – 4pm.
