Strawberry Fair is one of the UK’s largest free, open-air festivals - a vibrant celebration of music, art, and community held every year on Midsummer Common in Cambridge.

Since 1974, it’s been run entirely by volunteers, known as the 'Fairies', who make the magic happen! From organising stages and booking artists to managing traders, fundraising, and setting up the site, our volunteers do it all. Whatever your interests, skills, or availability, there’s a place for you on the team.

Volunteering with Strawberry Fair is a brilliant way to meet new people, gain experience in events and the arts, and be part of something truly special in your community. Whether you’d like to help plan throughout the year or lend a hand on the day itself, we’d love to have you join us.
