Volunteer Youth Support Workers

Are you passionate about making a difference to young people's lives, in the Fenland rural town of Whittlesey and surrounding villages?

come and help us at a fun charity, offering youth sessions on various evenings at locations around Whittlesey. We support young people from a variety of backgrounds, with mental health charities, young carers,LGBTQIA+, home educated, school refusers, neurodiverse and so on. No 2 days are ever the same! You will have fantastic support from our youth team, growing your own skills and confidence, as well as making a huge difference in the lives of young people.

Your role would involve building trusting relationships, to provide one-to-one and group support. You can choose how you interact as to where your skills lay.

You will work closely with young people to build confidence, provide practical and emotional support. Be a trusted adult, who has time to listen, understand and guide.

You will gain experience working with young people with additional needs and have an impact in their future life choices and help give them a voice.

You will be a valued member of our excellent team, who will offer support and guidance in your role. We are fun and outgoing, ambitious and wanting to continue to grow.
