Responsible for taking incoming calls – answering or referring enquiries, transferring calls, taking messages, light admin duties if needed. Welcoming visitors.
Day/Time:
Thursdays 4-8pm weekly
Fridays 4-8pm weekly
Requirement:
Friendly, polite and impartial.
Good communication and written skills.
Confident.
Confidentiality.
Able to maintain professional boundaries.
Good attendance
Training will be provided.
Volunteering on reception offers the chance to:
Build strong communication and customer‑service skills while gaining practical front‑desk and administrative experience.
Play a meaningful role in creating a warm, welcoming environment as the first point of contact for visitors.
Support the Organisation’s mission.
Provide a sense of routine and connection, allowing for the opportunity to connect with residents and staff, meet new people, and feel part of a supportive team
