Volunteer IT Session Lead (6 hours per week)

This role is ideal if you enjoy helping others, have strong people skills, and are happy taking a light leadership role in community sessions. You’ll play a key role in helping people gain confidence online and stay connected to the world around them.

🌟 What You’ll Do

You’ll lead and support small, welcoming community IT sessions by:

• Supporting our volunteer team during sessions and coordinating regularly with the Operations Manager

• Helping people with:

• Using smartphones, tablets, and laptops
• Basic IT skills and getting online
• Online safety and digital essentials
• Accessing online services and staying connected
• Creating a friendly, supportive learning environment
• Helping sessions run smoothly and confidently

✅ Training and support will be provided

🕒 Time commitment: Around 6 hours per week

🚲🚗 Travel: Ability to travel between session locations (cycling or driving is helpful)
