Help us spread the word about digital inclusion by creating engaging content, posters, and social media posts.

We require someone to work remotely, but sometimes travel to the office as and when required (e.g. training, etc)

You’ll support our friendly team by helping promote our work and reach more people who need digital support. This may include:

  • Designing posters, flyers, and promotional materials
  • Creating content for social media (posts, images, short updates)
  • Helping schedule and post content across our social channels
  • Supporting campaigns for events, outreach sessions, and volunteering opportunities
  • Helping us keep our messaging clear, friendly, and accessible

What You’ll Get

As a volunteer with Cambridge Online, you’ll receive:

  • Regular support and guidance from our team
  • Opportunities to build real-world marketing and design experience
  • Digital badges to recognise your skills (great for your CV)
  • Access to online learning resources
  • Invitations to social events and volunteer meetups
  • Reimbursement of agreed travel expenses
  • The chance to be part of a welcoming digital inclusion community
  • The satisfaction of helping more people get online and stay connected
