About Cambridge Online

By volunteering with us, you’ll be helping increase digital inclusion and supporting people to stay connected. If you’d like to use your practical skills to help improve digital inclusion in Cambridge, we’d love to hear from you. 

What you’ll do 

  • Log and organise incoming devices  
  • Prepare laptops, tablets and equipment for projects  
  • Help maintain accurate records and update databases  
  • Make sure devices are ready for people who need them  
  • Support the team with general technical and administrative tasks

Visitor parking is available onsite at the Allia Future Business Centre and unrestricted street parking is available nearby.

Our outreach work provides basic life skills & job skills around the city.
Additionally, we provide refurbished devices & data to those in need.

Our main centre is at Building 1, Allia Future Business Centre, Kings Hedges Road, CB4 2HY.
We are open from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 16:30.

We have Outreach sessions around Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
