Thriving Beyond the Label C.I.C.'s ThrivingInterests programme (holiday club) runs across the year, covering school holidays for neurodivergent kids aged 5-13
Purpose of the Role
To support the smooth delivery of workshops, holiday programmes, family events and community activities for neurodivergent children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event set-up and clear-down.
- Welcome families and participants and support registration processes.
- Help prepare resources, equipment and activity spaces.
- Provide practical support to tutors, facilitators and families during sessions.
- Support safeguarding, health and safety and inclusion procedures.
- Assist with collecting attendance information and participant feedback.
Skills and Experience
- Friendly, approachable and reliable.
- Experience working with children, young people or families is desirable.
- Good organisational and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to inclusion and neurodiversity.
- First Aid and safeguarding training are desirable; training will be provided.
- College and University students are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration:
- Volunteer: Unpaid, with travel expenses reimbursed. Additional expenses could be covered, subject to budget considerations.
Safeguarding
All roles are subject to appropriate safeguarding procedures. Enhanced DBS checks may be required for roles involving direct work with children and young people.
