Volunteer Gardener clearance jobs - East Cambs only

We have 10 regular volunteers who assist us to carry out gardening works for those unable to to their gardens themselves. They come from a range of backgrounds and age groups.

Our volunteers say they find the work rewarding as they are helping others less fortunate than themselves and you can see the difference you are making.

The work ranges from complete garden clearance (where you have to fight your way into the garden through brambles), to regular grass cutting etc.

Over the past 3 years we have had three gardeners who have found paid employment because of their volunteering with us.

We operate Mondays through to Thursdays between 9 and 1.30.

You need to be able to meet at our offices in Ely at 8.45am.
