About Feel Good Friday at Trumpington Meadows Community Hub

Welcome to Feel Good Friday at Trumpington Meadows Community Rooms. Our free hub is on every Friday (Term Time only) from 10am - 12pm. It is a warm, safe and welcoming space for everyone. We host two rooms. In room 1, we welcome parents, carers, guardians and grandparents to the interactive stay and play session for preschoolers, where children are free to play and take part in singing, stories and crafts. You can meet new people, connect with your community, make new friends, and receive family and parenting support.
In Room 2 we host a space for adults where you can learn new skills. Learn computer skills, learn to knit, crochet or work alongside other with your own project, take part in a monthly craft, go for a walk with Cambridge United Foundation, meet new people, connect and socialise. Receive support and guidance on money matter, fuel cost, housing support, mental health, wellbeing, and much more with all the partners we invite to join us. We also offer a free brunch to all those who attend.
