Role Purpose:
To support the strategic direction, daily operations, and development of The Wild Hub. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth programme delivery, financial oversight, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of activities
- Assist in setting strategic direction and timelines
- Support grant applications and funding reports
- Coordinate between facilitators, admin, and external partners
- Attend team meetings and support Viki with planning and evaluation
Skills/Experience:
- Experience in management, preferably within a CIC or community project
- Organised, self-motivated, and passionate about holistic wellbeing and community work
