We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to join the team at Café Eddies and support our co-workers as they learn new skills and build confidence
This is an exciting opportunity to help us develop a new approach to workplace support creating meaningful opportunities for people with learning disabilities to gain experience in a real café environment, develop their skills and, where possible, progress towards employment.
You might help with serving customers, preparing food and drinks, keeping the café running smoothly, or simply being a friendly and encouraging presence alongside our co-workers.
Hospitality or kitchen experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. What matters most is that you are reliable, patient, positive and enjoy working with people.
Whether you can give us one day a week or several days, we’d love to hear from you.
