Trustee Roles

HR Trustee - You will play a key role in supporting our charity’s growth by helping us build strong, sustainable, and inclusive people practices. Experience in the charity, hospitality or entertainment sector would be an advantage but not essential. We are looking for someone who has some spare time up front to review and design HR policies and procedure and develop robust processes. We have the basics in place but as our staff team grows we need support to review, implement and embed HR best practice.  

Health and Safety Trustee - We are seeking a qualified H&S professional to lead the H&S elements across the Hall. Including but not limited to conducting policy, process and procedure reviews and updating these as and when relevant. Working alongside the Trustee responsible for Buildings and Maintenance, relevant staff and volunteers supporting the Hall to grow and thrive.

Treasurer - Qualified finance professional? We are a growing café, arts and entertainment space. You will get to oversee the charities' finances to ensure its regulatory and legal responsibilities are met and we remain financially sustainable for the future.
