Summary

We are looking for a volunteers to assist in the running of our Cadet Unit in various Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Roles

Detailed description

We would welcome anyone who would like to consider joining our Unit to come and see us for a chat about the options available to get involved.


Whether you have a Maritime background (Military or Merchant), any military or Cadet experience, a keen interest in boating, a seasoned instructor or no experience in this area but are keen to learn new skills, acquire qualifications, help young people develop and give them a great start in life, we would love to hear from you!


Equally, if you have an interest in helping the running of the Unit then we are also actively looking for new members of our Unit Management Team.


Roles we are recruiting for:

·      Uniformed Sea Cadet Instructor (training from outset to hold Sea Cadet Naval Rank)

·      Civilian Sea Cadet Instructor (CI)

·      Unit Fundraiser

·      Events Coordinator

·      Unit Administration & Secretarial Support

·      Recruitment Officer


You can commit as much or as little time as works for you.

Successful applicants will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check and complete Safeguarding Training for working with Children
