To transport people to medical appointments, some social clubs etc. You would use your own transport and be reimbursed your mileage.
You would be providing a vital service to adults of all ages who are unable to provide their own transport. These will mainly be to medical appointments (hospital, Doctor etc). You would not be expected to commit to specific days/hours and any journeys you accept will be by arrangement. You will require to have a DBS certificate which we will support you with. A full driver induction will be provided before you undertake any journeys. It is a very rewarding volunteering opportunity knowing that you are helping people in need.
