The main purpose is to meet and enrol adults who want to learn to read, as well as interviewing Reading Coaches, along with a member of the Management Team.

We are looking for someone with good communication and organisational skills, who works well both individually and in a team environment. We are specifically looking for someone in the Chatteris/March or surrounding areas, who will work closely with our Wisbech co-ordinator.  Full training will be given.

After enrolling readers you would then pair them up with a reading coach, offering ongoing support throughout their journey.  This would include regular visits with the reader and their coach during their reading sessions to check all is going well.  This is a very flexible role, largely taking place during the day, for which travel and other expenses would be payable.  Do get in touch if you think you can fulfil this role.
