We are looking for a Volunteer Photographer to take a wide range photos of RSPCA participants taking part in challenge events at the Cambridge Half Marathon
Detailed description
Our volunteer photographers are a vital part of every event, ensuring we capture every moment to share with our current and future fundraisers.
Main activities:
- To produce images that are inspiring and make people feel excited and want to take part as a participant for the RSPCA in the next running event
- To produce images that capture the atmosphere of the cheering stations and encourage viewers to volunteer in future events.
- To produce a portfolio of images that we can use for promotion of the charity on a variety of platforms.
- To enable us to share the images taken with our participants as a snapshot of their incredible achievement/
The skills you need
- You should be a keen photographer (amatuer or professional) with your own equipment
- You should be keen to support our charity and prepared to share the images you take with us to use for current and future promotions
- Please note many of our events do not have animals in attendance - Event Photographers will be taking photographs of people taking part in challenge events

Timings: there are 2 slots you can apply for:
- 9am - 12pm
- 11am - 3pm

Our voluntary roles are subject to an informal interview and introductory period. We will ask you to provide contact details for two referees. Before you can start volunteering you’ll need to complete our simple online Health & Safety assessment.
