This is an exciting opportunity to volunteer for the RSPCA - we are looking for volunteers to join us in our charity shop, based on the High Street in March
We are looking for volunteers to join us in our charity shop in March, Cambridgeshire.
No experience if necessary and all tralining will be provided, however, if you have any previous experience in retail or customer service we are very happy to work with you to develop and grow those skills.
You will be given full training in all aspects of the role, and your volunteering would include the following:
- Sorting donations
- Assist with stock rotation (getting things out on the shop floor)
- Help to keep the shop clean and tidy
- Serving customers (once comfortable to do so - training will be given)
- Help to present items on the shop floor in a way that appeals to customers (merchandising)
We have spaces available all week but we are particularly looking for help on the following days:
- Monday (pm),
- Tuesday (pm),
- Wednesday (anytime),
- Thursday (pm)
- Saturday (am).
We are asking that you are able to volunteer for us for at least two to four hours a week. If you can do more hours, that would be great.
We can discuss the day and time that you would like to volunteer when you apply - please do let us know if you have a preference, or if you are flexible for days & times.
If you are interested in volunteering with us, please do contact the Branch directly.
You are also very welcome to pop along to the shop in March, and they will be able to help you there...
