POP Collective CIC is looking for friendly volunteers to support our inclusive performing arts workshops for children and young people aged 8-18.

Many of the young people attending may have SEND, anxiety, low confidence, or face barriers to accessing activities. Our workshops provide a safe, welcoming space where every young person can participate, build confidence, express themselves, and have fun.

As a volunteer, you'll support creative activities, encourage participation, help young people feel included, and assist our team in creating a positive and supportive environment.

You'll gain valuable experience working with children and young people, develop skills in inclusion and SEND support, and enhance your CV if you're interested in education, youth work, performing arts, psychology, social care, healthcare, or community development.

Most importantly, you'll help young people discover confidence, make connections, and feel that they belong.

No previous experience is required. Full training and support will be provided.

Location: Clay Farm Centre, Trumpington

Date: Wednesday 5th August 2026

Time: 9:30am–3:45pm

Flexible volunteering available. Join us for one day, two days, or all three workshop days.

Together, we're creating a community where every young person can create, perform, and belong.
