About the service: We deliver support to people in a community setting with the overall aim of helping them to sustain their tenancies and prevent homelessness. You will complete referrals, signposting and assist our support workers during appointments. • To attend joint visits to people we work alongside with Tenancy Sustainment Workers, working within their homes and within community settings. • Signposting and referring to external agencies and providers. • Dealing with enquiries and passing information to the Tenancy Sustainment Workers. • Assisting with fundraising activities.
