Volunteer for the award-winning Autism Support Plus programme and help autistic people and their families when they need it most.
Our award-winning service provides practical, empathetic and expert support, delivered by staff and trained volunteers with specialist knowledge of autism.
When and Where
Volunteer from home between 9 am and 5 pm We ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of 3 hours per week.
The role is flexible, and you can spread your 3 hours across two days to fit around your other responsibilities.
To volunteer, you’ll need:
- A private mobile phone.
- A computer with internet access.
- A quiet, distraction-free space.
What you will be doing
- Conducting structured advisory calls
- Conducting structured advisory calls Discussing support needs and available services with clients
- Recording client interactions securely
- Sending referral confirmation emails
- Maintaining confidentiality.
