As a Volunteer Website & Digital Content Assistant, you'll work with our team to help keep the website relevant, engaging and useful for our listeners, volunteers and local organisations.
Whether you already have some website experience or you're interested in developing your digital skills, this is an opportunity to get involved behind the scenes and make a real contribution to our online presence.
What could you get involved with?
Depending on your interests and experience, you could help with:
- Keeping programme and presenter information up to date
- Adding news, features and community stories
- Updating volunteering and community information
- Adding photographs and other digital content
- Checking pages for outdated information
- Improving the presentation and readability of existing content
- Helping make information easier for visitors to find
- Creating or updating pages for new projects and initiatives
- Promoting local organisations, events and community activities
- Working with our social media and radio volunteers to turn their content into website features
- Suggesting ideas for new content and improvements
- Checking links, images and pages and flagging anything that needs attention
