Help us tell the stories of Whittlesey and Fenland online
Great community radio doesn't stop when you switch off the microphone.
Our social media volunteers help MoreMuzic Radio connect with the community online, promoting our programmes, celebrating local achievements, sharing interesting stories and encouraging more people to discover the station and get involved.
Whether you love writing posts, taking photographs, creating graphics, making short-form videos or simply have a knack for spotting a great story, we'd love to hear from you.
You don't need professional marketing or social media experience. We're looking for creativity, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in our local community.
What could you get involved with?
Depending on your interests and experience, you could:
- Create engaging posts promoting MoreMuzic Radio programmes and presenters
- Share local stories, events and community achievements
- Help promote interviews and features from our programmes
- Create photographs, graphics and short-form video content
- Turn great moments from programmes and interviews into social content
- Help promote local charities, voluntary organisations, businesses and sports clubs featured on the station
- Cover community events through photographs, video and social updates
- Come up with new ideas for posts, features and online campaigns
- Encourage conversations and interaction with our audience
- Help promote volunteering opportunities at MoreMuzic Radio
- Celebrate what makes Whittlesey and the wider Fenland community special
You don't need to do everything. If there's a particular area of social media or content creation you enjoy, we'd like to help you develop it.
