Stewards help monitor and manage crowds, and provide information. They work in pairs for a two hour shift, so still plenty of time to enjoy the fair.
The Mill Road Winter Fair brings our community together and makes the Mill Road area a friendlier and more thriving place to live, work and spend time. Volunteer to steward for a two hour shift (ask a friend to do it with you!) and feel part of the Fair. On Sunday after the Fair, enjoy a thank you drink with the team at a local pub. Please note: stewards must be at least 18 years old. The Fair is run completely by volunteers and we need your help to make it safe and accessible for everyone.
