Bar and Events Volunteer

Cottenham Village Hall is a modern, vibrant community building, located at the recreation ground in Cottenham. Our bar and events working group put on a wide array of events such as comedy nights, quizzes, Ceilidhs, children’s discos, Bollywood nights, live music events and more, as well as providing a bar service for private hires.

Ideal for anyone who enjoys event planning, working with the public, and being part of a vibrant community. Tasks may include helping organise events, promoting activities, assisting on the day, serving at the bar, and supporting setup and pack-down.

The planning group meets once a month on a Wednesday evening at Cottenham Village Hall. Or you can join our bank of casual volunteers, to sign up to help with individual events or bar shifts.
