Summary
Our receptionists are the main link between the public and our organisation. Can you spare 5/6 hours per week to make a difference in your local community?Detailed description
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients attending our drop-in sessions
- Manage the waiting room
- Assist with registering clients and loading their details in to our database
- Keep records where required
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
This role would suit people who are friendly, organised, and patient. Basic IT skills are essential, as is a professional, non-judgemental manner. Training will be provided
When? Tuesdays or Thursdays 9.15am – 3pm
