Our ward volunteers help enhance the quality and comfort of the patient's stay by providing social interaction, running small errands and helping at meal times.
Help improve patient experience by:
- providing social interaction
- engage a patient using an activity pack, magazine
- run small errands e.g. tidying their tray table or go to the onsite shop for them
- Inform them of sleepwell kits
- Help with the meal service
What may seem a small thing can make a huge difference to our patients.
