Help decide what goes into Cambridge Talking News. We’re looking for a volunteer to join our team of Cambridge Talking News Editors.
Our Editors play a key role in producing the weekly service as well as our CamMag magazine published eight times a year. They identify suitable local news, features and other material and arrange for it to be recorded by our volunteer Readers.
There are currently four Cambridge Talking News editors, each with their own individual style.
This is an opportunity to use your interest in local news and your judgement about what will make good listening, while working as part of a friendly volunteer team.
If you enjoy keeping up with what's happening locally, spotting interesting stories and helping turn them into an accessible audio service, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be given.
