We are 25 years old as a charity and we have a lot of documents, photos etc to sort out! Moreover you can play a more active administrator role if wished
For either roles we need someone to work closely with the chair, and other team members when relevant. Previous administrative role is desirable but not obligatory.
Data Management:
We would like to digitise piles of paperwork but also make our electronic filing a lot more sensible and accessible. You would need to join the chair in her home in Burwell (public transport expenses or petrol on an agreed rate covered) to work together and make everything looking nicer!
Administration:
If you want to be involved in the big picture, you can share some of the administrative tasks and help us expand our work. Initially you would need to work with the chair as above but some tasks can be done from your own home.
