Summary
We are looking for friendly IT people to support our other team members and help us share healthy smiles :-)Detailed description
Our vision needs to be shared more effectively to increase our reach and impact but we don't have the technical skills to make it a reality.
Do you have the knowhow and patience to support our team members using basic computer programmes and channels to help us improve children’s life outcomes?
This could work well for a single volunteer or job share depending upon your capabilities, preference and time available.
With your help, we can attract more partner schools, dental practices, councils and dental businesses, sharing the power of a healthy smile and it’s general and mental health benefits to more children and families targeting those most in need, reducing inequalities and improving health and lives.
The ideal candidate(s):
1) has experience in MSN 365, Trello, Moodle, Hubspot and other similar, as well as social media channels.
2) Understands how to navigate and effectively use (or be trained in) programmes and systems above as well as offering input on how we could improve current practice.
3) Can explain in a basic way and encourage and support less technically advanced colleagues.
Would you like to work as part of a team creating the overall vision but be personally responsible for helping colleagues become proficient?
Working remotely with team meetings online.
Are you patient and able to communicate technical aspects in simple language to less computer-literate team members?
Do you have the confidence to listen to creative ideas and discuss whether and how they could be practically implemented and then make it a reality?

Our Raisin Awareness Initiative:
Did you know dried fruit snacks can contribute to tooth decay? We're replacing these with fresh, tooth-friendly carrots. It's a simple change that makes a big difference!
Our Awesome Smiles September Stations:
A fully accredited digital resource pack for primary schools to get children excited about caring for their smiles. Designed to be easy for teachers to set up with hands-on activities to get the children engaged. Suitable for all ages from reception to year 6.
