Supporting a patient in the community by visiting them for around an hour a week for 8-10 weeks, this would be for a social visit so a nice cuppa and a chat!
This role will involve travel which will be reimbursed but you would need to be comfortable travelling to different locations - of course you can tell us how far you are able to travel! Ideally you will have your own mode of transport.
The role requires someone who is warm and friendly and able to volunteer proactively.
