Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity. We are working to revolutionise the way we treat, diagnose, and prevent dementia. But we will not stop there.
We are proud to be the official charity partner of UK Cycling Events. The Cambridgeshire Classic is part of UKCE Classic Series which has been designed with all riders in mind.
Join us for a fun and organised day out to help make this event a great success as an Event Volunteer.
When: Saturday 2nd March, approximately 7:00am-10:am or 11:00am -03:30pm (timings tbc nearer event)
Where: Huntingdon Racecourse, Thrapston Road, Brampton, Huntingdon, PE28 4NL
What you will be doing:
• Assisting with registration & handing out race numbers to participants
• Providing snacks & treats to participants
• Congratulating runners and handing out medals post event
• Raising awareness of Alzheimer's Research UK
You will receive a full briefing ahead of the event, along with support from our sporting events team on the day.
You can also be reimbursed for reasonable out of pocket expenses such as travel.
